I make my own tutorials, layouts, graphics, glitters, etc. so please do not copy my ideas.Layouts
Do not take KPenguin's layouts. If it has Kissable-Penguin text on it, it is only for my site's usage. As for free layouts, that's a different story. If it has 'layout by kissable-penguin.com' or something similar, those are for you to use. However, please do not edit the layout unless it is to add your site name.
